At Tropicfeel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if it's not the right fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is clean and unworn to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
